Booking & Cancellation Policy

Deposit requirement

To secure your appointment, a $30 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit is applied toward the total cost of your service on the day of your appointment.

Cancellation & rescheduling

We know life happens. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please give us at least 24 hours' notice.

• With 24+ hours' notice: your $30 deposit can be transferred to a future booking, within 30 days.
• Late cancellations (less than 24 hours): the $30 deposit is forfeited, to cover our nurse's scheduling and travel prep.
• No-shows: if you are not present at the scheduled location when our RN arrives, the $30 deposit is forfeited.

Medical readiness

Our RN will perform a brief health assessment upon arrival. If it is determined that IV therapy is not medically safe for you at the time of the visit — due to vitals, medical history, or other factors — your deposit will be retained as aTravel & Assessment Fee to cover the cost of the nurse's visit.
